Your first consultation is all about understanding your health story and goals. We’ll explore your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and diet to uncover the root causes. Referrals or testing may be recommended if needed. You’ll leave with a personalised treatment plan.
In your follow-up session, we’ll review your progress, discuss any new symptoms or concerns, and evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment plan. If pathology results have been completed, we’ll go through them together to gain deeper insights into your health and refine your plan as needed.
This quick session addresses specific, short-term concerns like colds, stress, sleep disturbances or digestive upsets. You’ll receive targeted advice, remedies, and strategies to support fast relief and recovery.
In this 20 minute appointment we will discover which emotions are troubling you and create a flower essence blend to help address these feelings using energetic medicine.
