Welcome to Flourish'n'Thrive! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your health history, lifestyle, and medications.
Inform us promptly of any changes in your health or medications.
Follow the recommended treatment protocols to the best of your ability.
Seek emergency medical attention when necessary and keep your primary healthcare provider informed of your naturopathic treatments.
Booking and Payments
Appointment Booking: Consultations can be booked via email, phone, or our website.
Fees: All fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change with prior notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of service for face to face consultations and on booking with Telehealth consultations unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Telehealth Appointments
You can reschedule up until the day of your appointment.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for no shows.
Face-to-Face Consultations
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
You can reschedule up until the day of your appointment.
Health Disclaimer
Any advice, remedies, or supplements recommended are complementary and should be discussed with your primary healthcare provider before implementation.
Outcomes of treatment may vary based on individual circumstances, adherence to recommendations, and other factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Flourish'n'Thrive is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the consultation in question.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information disclosed during consultations will remain confidential unless:
You provide consent to share information with other healthcare professionals.
Disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
3. I use AI technology (Patient Notes) as a note-taking assistant during my sessions. This helps me stay fully present and focused on you while ensuring accurate, efficient record keeping. All information processed is treated confidentially, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles. By checking the box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon booking, you consent to the use of Heidi Health as a supplementary note-taking tool during our sessions. Please ask me at the start of the session if you have any questions or concerns.
Intellectual Property
All materials, treatment plans, and resources provided by Flourish'n'Thrive are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Flourish'n'Thrive.
Reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth consultations are conducted via secure platforms.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.
We are not liable for technical issues on the client’s end that may affect the consultation.
Termination of Services
Flourish'n'Thrive reserves the right to terminate services if a client:
Provides false or incomplete information.
Fails to comply with treatment protocols.
Engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour toward the practitioner.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Flourish'n'Thrive reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
