Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please take note of the following:

Telehealth Appointments

• You can reschedule up until the day of your appointment.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be given for no shows.

Face-to-Face Consultations

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• You can reschedule up until the day of your appointment.
