We go over your health history, symptoms, goals, and organise your blood test referral. I answer any questions and make sure you feel prepared and supported.
Once your results are back, we meet to go through your personalised food plan. I explain each phase, set goals, and ensure you feel confident starting.
Held 1–2 weeks into the plan. We check progress, address any early challenges, and make adjustments as needed.
